Private Chef - Signature Dishes From a Tuscan Table

Delight in an authentic Tuscan meal featuring bright ingredients and flavors.

Enjoy the simple elegance of a comforting Italian meal while gathered around the table in this private chef experience. Chef Mary Ann will begin by serving crostini topped with broccolini, Parmesan and pine nuts. Savor a vibrant lemon and herb chicken with rich pan sauce, roasted olive oil and herb potatoes, and a cannellini bean-studded kale salad. End with luscious Chianti poached pears and whipped cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had her cook a meal for our 1st anniversary. It was very memorable and she made my wife and I feel right at home. Her scalloped potatoes is still being talked about days after. Highly recommend!

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
