Private Chef - Classic and Modern French

Let Chef Mary Ann handcraft a variety of French recipes for you to enjoy.

In this private chef experience, you'll savor fresh and seasonal fare from France. Chef Mary Ann will create five dishes for you, starting with a savory pearl onion tart tatin with Boursin cheese and a creamy purée of potatoes and leeks. Next, an authentic Niçoise salad, and chicken cooked to perfection with white wine, artichokes and olives for your main course. For dessert, the flavors of lemon and blueberry meld in an airy sour cream cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
