Taste authentic Southern cooking handcrafted by a world-class gourmet in this private chef experience with Chef Blake. Start with an arugula, bacon and goat cheese salad, and sweet corn chowder peppered with Tajín and chipotle. For the main course, enjoy jumbo shrimp over smoked tomato and squash polenta, and for dessert, a seasonal fruit tartlet with cream cheese icing.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
