Begin with a refreshing avocado salad setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. Later, an appetizer showcasing the luxurious simplicity of the sea - jumbo lump crab cake with verde remoulade. For the entrée, the choice of sous-vide buttermilk-fried chicken or chicken fried steak, each expertly prepared to showcase the comfort cuisine with a sophisticated twist. Accompanying sides bring unique profiles to complement the main dish beautifully. Sweet potato tartlets will linger long after the meal has ended.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
