Immerse yourself in the vibrant colors and flavors of Jamaica at the hand of the talented Chef Dee. Begin your private chef experience with traditional boiled dumplings, warming your palate for a hearty main course. Stewed oxtails are as authentic as it gets, made ultra flavorful and tender and served with a tangy Caribbean cabbage dish and rice and peas. Dessert keeps the island flair with rum-soaked mini truffles.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dee boasts over a dozen years of experience of culinary excellence in both hospitality and culinary arts. She is currently based out of Louisiana where she provides world-class meal prepping services to her clients and she’s an expert in Italian and Spanish flavors. Chef Dee is passionate about providing excellent and creative food, crafting unique recipes and making the kitchen less intimidating for everyone.
