Treat yourself to a truly sumptuous surf and turf meal carefully curated by Chef Dee. Your first bite is a buttery scallop in a delicate Champagne mignonette sauce before moving onto the main course: Tender butter basted filet mignon and an array of roasted seasonal vegetables. A wonderfully bright salad of radishes and apples helps to cleanse your palate your ricotta trifle with amaretto for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

She is currently based out of Louisiana where she provides world-class meal prepping services to her clients and she’s an expert in Italian and Spanish flavors. Chef Dee is passionate about providing excellent and creative food, crafting unique recipes and making the kitchen less intimidating for everyone.
