Enjoy a starter of lightly fried mozzarella with homemade marinara before slicing into ribeye steaks crusted with Parmesan, roasted Brussels sprouts with zesty garlic and Parmesan, and bell pepper rice pilaf. For dessert, indulge in heavenly homemade chocolate pie.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Kelsie was so nice but because the instructions were not clear from cozy meal (so not her fault) we ate at 9 pm instead of 6:30.
Additionally - the food lacked seasoning and the steak was a very fatty cut of meat.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. They loved the food and said Chef Kelsie was really nice! However, we were all a bit disappointed that the food was served all at once, rather than individual courses like we expected from the description, which would have made it more of an experience. Also, she used our kitchen utensils/pots/etc, which is not a problem but surprised us. The main issue we had is that she left some dishes unwashed, and my parents then had to wash them at the end (not what you want when you pay this much!). Many things differed from the description here on Cozymeal, so double check timing with her.

Kelsie was wonderful! She has a relaxed manner with students. She invites you to whatever you are comfortable doing and reminds you about timing. She encourages everyone to make choices and think about what they're doing. She had a nice rapport with our whole group. Thank you for recommended her!

Chef Kelsie is a wonderful Chef and great instructor; her cooking classes are fun and she teaches you how to make delicious and healthy dishes. I highly recommend taking her class or having her cook a private dinner for you, she is amazing!
