Private Chef - Gourmet French Fête
Imagine yourself exploring the French countryside to enjoy contemporary and authentic French cuisine.
You'll taste the influences of Burgundy, Nice and Provence in this luxurious private chef experience. Chef Lisa will begin with gougère, savory dough with comté cheese, black truffle and thyme. Then, enjoy a fresh salad with leeks, olives and artichokes drizzled with a lemon-chive vinaigrette. The main course features pan-seared scallops and potatoes with tarragon and white wine sauce. For dessert, a lush tart with orange-scented cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
With over 30 years in the culinary industry, Chef Lisa has worked as both a professional chef and nutritionist, among other titles. In addition to writing multiple books and articles for national magazines on food and health, she has also owned two successful personal chef and catering companies and three large food companies, through which she strengthened her abilities to work productively. Chef Lisa looks forward to sharing her techniques and tips for excellent cooking.
