This vegetable-focused private chef experience features Italian classics full of authentic flavor, and fresh and iconic ingredients. Begin with garlicky herb and tomato bruschetta with feta, and a crisp salad of arugula contrasted with crunchy roasted pecans and sweet raspberry dressing. Then, savor vegetarian oyster mushroom scallops served with colorful fresh greens sautéed to the perfect texture. For dessert, chocolate mousse sprinkled with earthy pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.
