Private Chef - New Year’s Eve Holiday Hors d'Oeuvres

Ring in the new year with a festive and delectable spread for your celebration.

Treat your guests to a luxurious private chef experience for your holiday festivities. Chef Kelly will prepare mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres from scratch, including Caprese salad skewers with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, spinach and gouda tartlets, a festive charcuterie board, oysters Rockefeller and baked brie with honeyed grapes and crunchy walnuts. For dessert, choose from three delightful sweets.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Kelly did a great job and created a delightful evening for us and our guests. She was always willing to share and engage with us when we wanted and also faded discretely into the background when the focus of the evening shifted to dinner conversation around the table. One of our guests summed it up perfectly as we finished the meal by saying, "I could definitely do this each night!"

The recent class on Iconic Italian Dishes was my second class with Chef Kelly and was great with lots of interaction with my friends that attended with me. Chef Kelly always has tips and tricks to share while we are preparing our meals which is wonderful!. Look forward to more cooking experiences with her especially if she does an Irish Class!

Her most notable professional achievements include being part of the test kitchen team at one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country as well as becoming the managing lead chef instructor at the most successful recreational cooking school in New York City. Chef Kelly also has experience as a garde manager and is currently a freelance chef.
