Savor the flavors and colors of an abundant Thanksgiving meal featuring plant-based ingredients.

Enjoy a from-scratch Thanksgiving holiday feast made with fresh produce and herbs. Some of the dishes Chef Joshua Elias can prepare for you include silky squash and apple soup or cranberry baked brie, vegan roast turkey or white bean and thyme pot pies, and your choice of traditional sides like stuffing or maple-glazed sweet potatoes. End the feast with a slice of warm pie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Joshua was amazing!! We had a marvelous meal and conversation with him. He was on time, had everything prepped, and was a joy to have in our home as my husband and I enjoyed a date night making the meal. Highly recommend him and his classes!!!
