Grab your plate and prepare for an excellent brunch in this private chef experience. Chef Nyjal will begin by serving refreshing bellinis and mimosas as you mix and mingle with your guests. Gather around the table to enjoy homestyle country-fried chicken bites served on top of fluffy cinnamon-maple medallions. Drizzle these with savory maple-chili syrup for extra flavor. Chef Nyjal will also craft your ideal omelets, along with gourmet French toast batons and maple candied bacon.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had such a great experience with Chef Nyjal! We learned a lot of different skills during the class that we will be able to use daily when cooking. The menu was great and the food came out delicious.

Our experience with Chef Nyjal was terrific. He came prepared with all the necessary ingredients. He was patient and clear in his instructions. Everything we made (from the eclairs to the bananas foster) was delicious. It was an excellent activity for the family to do together. We enjoyed it immensely. I do recommend him to anyone interested.
