Fall in love with traditional French favorites in this private chef experience with Chef Nyjal. Begin with a colorful crudité platter served with fresh vegetables. Next, enjoy delicate quiche Lorraine bites filled with eggs, cream and bacon. For your main course, warm up with a savory beef bourguignon flavored with red wine, carrots and potatoes, and sink your spoon into creamy vanilla ice cream drizzled with fresh red cherries and an amaretto liqueur sauce for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had such a great experience with Chef Nyjal! We learned a lot of different skills during the class that we will be able to use daily when cooking. The menu was great and the food came out delicious.

Our experience with Chef Nyjal was terrific. He came prepared with all the necessary ingredients. He was patient and clear in his instructions. Everything we made (from the eclairs to the bananas foster) was delicious. It was an excellent activity for the family to do together. We enjoyed it immensely. I do recommend him to anyone interested.
