Get a taste of decadent New American flavors in this three-course private chef experience with Chef Lana. Begin with a Caprese salad filled with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. For the main course, you will enjoy a tender salmon cooked with rosemary and thyme with lemon and garlic asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes on the side. Finish with a silky strawberry cheesecake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
