In this private chef experience, Chef Joy will craft a customized menu for a laid-back weekend brunch. Nibble on a fresh fruit platter and sip hand-squeezed fruit juice while your main course gets prepared. You'll have a choice of sweet French toast or fluffy pancakes. Chef Joy will cook eggs to your preference as well as a choice of sides from meat to flaky pastries. Finish brunch with fish or shrimp grits.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Such a pleasurable experience! Chef Joy was personable and accommodating; funny and inclusive. The flavors he instilled in the dishes were intriguing, delicious and varied. His twenty years of working in the food service industry and twelve of those as a professional chef wowed us through incredible fresh juices, savory sides and perfect mains. The next time we are in Denver we will be rebooking Chef Joy. He was professional yet he had a very fun personality and of course his food was amazing.
