In this private chef experience, the tang of citrus perfectly compliments each course. To start, Chef Dakota will craft handmade crab cakes with a creamy remoulade sauce. Scallops steal the spotlight as they are elegantly placed atop creamy risotto infused with lemon and served with Caesar salad and freshly grated Parmesan. For the finale, you'll savor a decadent crème brûlée made with orange liqueur.
