Experience the tangy flavors of citrus combined with fresh seafood in this four-course meal.

In this private chef experience, the tang of citrus perfectly compliments each course. To start, Chef Dakota will craft handmade crab cakes with a creamy remoulade sauce. Scallops steal the spotlight as they are elegantly placed atop creamy risotto infused with lemon and served with Caesar salad and freshly grated Parmesan. For the finale, you'll savor a decadent crème brûlée made with orange liqueur.

Chef Dakota taught me how to make scalloped risotto. Risotto is a dish that I actually have been wanting to try out for a while now. Chef Dakota really broke it down and oh my did it turn out delicious!!!

Dakota prepare a dinner for me and 2 friends. it was excellent in every respect. Dakota arrived on time, prepared our meal exactly as specified, and cleaned up afterwards. He explained everything that he was doing. Our friends were favorably impressed. It is likely that they and I will use his services again.

Prior to becoming a private chef, Chef Dakota worked in multiple restaurants in both Austin and Jacksonville, Florida.
