Enjoy an elevated private chef experience that navigates land and sea. Chef Robert will prepare savory bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp with a mouthwatering BBQ aioli for your appetizer. For the main course, indulge in a ribeye steak with a rich herb-butter sauce and paired with grilled lobster tail and a garlic-scallion twice-baked potato on the side. Dessert features strawberry shortcake infused with Grand Marnier and sweet whipped cream topping.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Robert did an absolutely amazing job!! Dinner was so delicious, and we came away with new recipes and lots of tips for cooking/baking. We will definitely be hiring him again!

Chef Robert's love of exceptional food has guided his roles in kitchens in and around Memphis. His background in catering and skill for performing well in high-pressure settings helped him move up in the culinary ranks. During his decade-long career, he's ascended from grill chef to executive chef, developing a talent for presentation. Now, Chef Robert expresses his love of food by preparing beautiful dishes for others to enjoy.
