Private Chef - Classic Surf and Turf Feast
Enjoy an elevated private chef experience that navigates land and sea. Chef Robert will prepare savory bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp with a mouthwatering BBQ aioli for your appetizer. For the main course, indulge in a ribeye steak with a rich herb-butter sauce and paired with grilled lobster tail and a garlic-scallion twice-baked potato on the side. Dessert features strawberry shortcake infused with Grand Marnier and sweet whipped cream topping.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
