In this private chef experience from Chef Ryan, you'll begin by snacking on homemade tortilla chips and fresh guacamole before diving into a pork polenta packed with the flavors of cumin, cilantro and lime juice. Next, you'll enjoy delectable Mahi Mahi fish tacos and coleslaw before concluding with a beloved Mexican favorite, churros. From start to finish, you'll feel as though your right in the heart of Mexico, soaking up the sun and savoring the delicious flavors of the region.

His time in the kitchen has taught him the value of creating delicious food prepared with attention to detail. In addition to over 22 years of experience as a professional chef, Chef Ryan brings a heartfelt enthusiasm for great food to his cooking classes.
