With more than 30 years of culinary experience, spending time as a sous chef, executive chef, and more, Chef Mike’s skills and professionalism in the kitchen are as well honed as his chef’s knives. He specializes in Cajun-Creole cuisine (and is himself a direct descendent of the original Cajuns) but is well versed in many culinary cultures.
