The regional magic of Italy's finest flavors comes to life in this private chef experience, courtesy of Chef Dave. He's set to prepare a savory feast with all the trimmings! Your menu includes handmade focaccia served with a zesty herb dip to start, followed by an authentic caprese salad. For the main course, homemade fettucine topped with a lush vodka cream sauce, pancetta and parmesan. Whimsical tiramisu shooters await you as a perfectly Italian dessert.

Chef Dave fell in love with cooking at eight years old and has since dabbled in many facets of the culinary world. In addition to preparing luxury meals as a private chef, he earned several accolades while working for popular restaurants. As one of his proudest accomplishments, he helped grow a food management company into a $50 million enterprise. With 30 years of experience under his belt, he remains eager to share his passion.
