In this private chef experience, Chef Mike showcases the influences behind vibrant Creole cuisine using ingredients and techniques from France, Africa and throughout the Caribbean. Begin with a French-inspired tomato and caramelized onion tart followed by a rich, roasted duck gumbo. Low country court-bouillon draws from local seafood and the deep, complex flavors signature of Creole cooking. For dessert, enjoy a luscious vanilla crème brûlée with fresh berries.
