Private Chef - Elevated Seasonal Dining
Warm up this winter with delicious dishes prepared with flair in this private chef experience with Chef Jenn. She'll create a spread that presents the tastes of the season dressed up in gourmet fashion. Enjoy the bright tang of a panzanella salad with citrus and beets before sampling the warm goodness of sweet potato bisque with leeks. You'll also enjoy crisp romanesco and cauliflower, and tender stuffed dumpling squash. And for dessert, a crisp strawberry pavlova topped with whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
