Private Chef - A Celebration of New England Fare
The rich flavors of the New England states come to life in this private chef experience with Chef Jenn. She'll lead you on a culinary tour that accents the best recipes of the region. You'll sample crab-less crab cakes featuring mushrooms and hearts of palm, a succotash chowder served with homemade johnnycake croutons, an apple cheddar salad loaded with greens and tart fruits, and a cassoulet loaded with baked beans, vegetable sausage and mushrooms.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
