Dine omakase as Chef Alejandro leads you in a journey through Japan bite by bite.

This five-course private chef experience explores the omakase tradition of allowing the chef to surprise you. Enjoy premium-quality and incredibly fresh ingredients, like melt-in-your-mouth tuna, snapper and scallops as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables. Perfect for ultimate sushi lovers, this meal includes multiple courses of nigiri, sashimi and maki before ending with mochi ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alejandro is a sushi itamae bringing more than a decade of professional culinary experience to the table. Chef Alejandro first learned the Japanese art of sushi making in Venezuela. Fascinated by this multidisciplinary craft, he went on to study sushi making in three more countries before settling in the U.S. Today, Chef Alejandro can be found teaching sushi-making classes and hosting private events.
