Private Chef - Exquisite Mediterranean Dining
During this private chef experience, Chef Andy will prepare a variety of authentic Mediterranean courses as you sit back and relax. Using fresh, organic ingredients, you can look forward to enjoying several traditional dishes with an upscale twist. Some of the dishes you'll enjoy include crudité with homemade hummus, an artichoke salad with dill-honey dressing, grilled lamb chops with tahini and roasted vegetables and fish with labneh and fresh vegetables. End dinner on a sweet note with your choice of puff pastry with raspberry jam or ricotta and mascarpone brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
