Private Chef - Upscale Mexican Cuisine
In this private chef experience, Chef Andy will prepare for you a spread of exquisite and authentic Mexican cuisine. Indulge in traditional dishes boasting spicy and fragrant flavors, including quesadillas with Oaxacan cheese, fresh ceviche, hearty carne asada with charred salsa verde, and sweet and spicy mole with chicken, vegetables or fish. For dessert, you'll explore either a mango citrus sorbet with tajin, or conchas paired with hot chocolate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Quesadillas with Oaxacan cheese and huitlacoche with spicy mayonnaise
Ceviche with chips and tomatoes, onion, lime, cilantro and jalapeños
Romaine lettuce with radishes, avocado, tomatoes and cilantro-lime dressing
Mixed greens with red onion, corn, queso fresco and spicy honey dressing
Fish, vegetable or chicken in sweet spicy mole with Mexican rice, beans and homemade tortillas
Carne asada with charred salsa verde or roja and black bean purèe and roasted carrots
Buñuelos with ice cream
Conchas with hot chocolate
