Take your New Year's Eve party to a new gourmet level with Chef Luis.

During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare a gourmet spread of hors d'oeuvres perfect for any holiday or New Year's Eve party. Some of the hors d'oeuvres you can look forward to choosing from and enjoying include caprese salad skewers, pan fried onion-white cheddar hot dip, black eyed pea fritters, baked havarti and red bell pepper crab puffs, rich chocolatey fondue for dessert and so much more!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Luis made our Thanksgiving absolutely exceptional. He started the evening with a beautiful charcuterie board and a perfectly prepared shrimp cocktail that immediately impressed all of my guests. Dinner was even better—the turkey was incredibly juicy, and he prepared about six different sides, each one full of flavor and cooked to perfection. On top of delivering an unforgettable meal, Chef Luis handled all the cleanup and left my kitchen spotless. It made the entire holiday effortless and enjoyable for everyone. I can’t recommend Chef Luis highly enough. His professionalism, talent, and attention to detail turned our Thanksgiving into a truly special experience.
