In this private chef experience, Chef L will prepare a Cajun feast using fresh ingredients and artistic flair. Spice things up with the savory tastes of New Orleans cuisine in selections such as jambalaya, Louisiana gumbo, crawfish bread, and oyster, shrimp or catfish po’boys. Other menu choices include Creole red beans and rice, andouille sausage, Creole potato salad, and Southern green beans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
