Culinary pleasures await as Chef Mary Ann prepares an impressive array of global specialties.

In this private chef experience, Chef Mary Ann pulls out all the stops as she presents a meal that travels the culinary globe. Begin in South America with a high-quality, juicy skirt steak and herby chimichurri sauce, then visit Tuscany where you'll enjoy a wild mushroom risotto. Next, a fresh and vibrant Middle Eastern salad with a lemony vinaigrette, and French cream puffs with a strawberry Chantilly cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!

Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.
