"A tavola non si invecchia mai" is an Italian proverb meaning "no one ages at the table!" Chef Mary Ann passionately brings her Italian heritage to your home in this private chef experience. Begin with artisanal roasted garlic and rosemary focaccia followed by homemade gnocchi served with fresh basil pesto. As your main course, enjoy roasted pork tenderloin with a red wine fig reduction sauce. Then, dig into berry bruschetta with mascarpone and wild honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.
