Using a bounty of fresh ingredients, Chef Mary Ann will prepare and serve an authentic Mediterranean feast for the senses. Begin your private chef experience with grilled swordfish skewers and tomato-eggplant relish. A bright fattoush salad with creamy Greek feta will follow, along with herb-roasted cauliflower steaks served with fresh hummus. Save room for dessert as the decadent olive oil polenta cake with honey drizzle is irresistible.
