Private Chef - A Taste of the Hawaiian Islands
If you're craving a tropical getaway, this is it! Chef Vivian and Michi will prepare and serve four courses of traditional Hawaiian favorites. First, enjoy chicken with pineapple and spices, followed by coconut clams with spinach and Napa cabbage. Next, sink your fork into salmon oka with scallions, cucumber and coconut, and an authentic poke bowl featuring your choice of a seafood mix or raw tuna.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
