Private Chef - Traditional Mediterranean
Let Chef Vivian and Michi take you on a journey to the Mediterranean without leaving home. In this private chef experience, you'll enjoy four classic and authentic recipes, including gambas al pil pil with shrimp, red peppers, garlic and olive oil, and a smoky eggplant, red pepper and chickpea hummus dip. Enjoy a famous Spanish dish for your main course: Seafood paella brimming with assorted fish, shellfish, saffron and spices.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Gambas al Pil Pil
With shrimp, red peppers, garlic, olive oil and spices

With romaine lettuce, feta cheese, black olives, onions and tomatoes
