During this private chef experience, Chef Aleck will prepare a four-course vegan menu using plant-based ingredients and a variety of Southeast Asian flavor profiles. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include handcrafted mushroom dumplings, an assortment of vegetable sushi rolls, Thai-spiced tofu steaks with a homemade peanut dipping sauce, and sticky-sweet caramelized bananas.
