Private Chef - New American Farm to Table
During this private chef experience, Chef Demeatrie will prepare a three-course New American menu built on a farm-to-table ethos as well as French and modern American cooking techniques. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include roasted chicken or acorn squash with a cashew purée, a cinnamon waffle cone filled with rum raisin mousse, and more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
