Private Chef - A Collection of Spanish Classics

Traditional cuisine of Spain is front and center in his private meal with Chef Landi.

Chef Landi will prepare a feast celebrating Spanish flavors of the sea and the land. Begin with spicy chorizo, olives and buttery manchego cheese, followed by shrimp ceviche with toasted bread. Then, turn your attention to paella with clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari in a mixture of saffron rice and peas. Top off your meal with the ultimate Spanish dessert: creme caramel flan.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Landi was amazing. The meal was delicious and he was so kind. He brought everything needed for cooking and it was so nice to not have to worry about cleaning up after the meal! Would definitely recommend Chef Landi to anyone.
