What You’ll Do

Treat yourself to an evening of elegant dishes from the land and the sea.

Chef Landi will prepare for you a lighter take on the classic surf and turf, beginning with mushroom bruschetta with cream cheese and balsamic reduction, followed by asparagus and spinach soup made with vegetable stock and white wine. For your entrée, enjoy chicken breast and shrimp in a lemon-white wine sauce with seasonal vegetables, and finish with decadent bourbon bread pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Chef Landi was so much fun! My husband and I were the only 2 people in the class (the other group canceled) but Chef Landi's vibrant personality did not make it feel awkward at all. We loved hearing about his life and chef experience. The experience was very hands-on, which we loved, and we had a delicious meal together. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and highly recommend having Chef Landi cook for you and your friends. He was very welcoming and answered all our questions. We enjoyed chatting about cooking and places we have gone. Food was delicious and we learned a lot. Looking forward to having Chef Landi cook in our home.

Chef Landi was so sweet and an amazing instructor! My boyfriend and I got very lucky to have a private event as the other people had cancelled. Chef Landi took his time explaining and demonstrating everything while also allowing us to do it ourselves. We had an amazing time making all of the dishes. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you chef Landi for a memorable experience.
