During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare an elegant four-course brunch menu completely from scratch using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill, pillowy-soft cinnamon rolls, a savory quiche Lorraine studded with mushrooms, spinach and bacon, and a refreshing lemon berry mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Luis was amazing. I hired him to make my mother's birthday special and it was the perfect present. He was on time, very friendly and took all of the necessary precautions that you want during Covid. Just great all around, especially since we live out of state and was looking for something that let her know we were thinking about her on her special day. Thank you Chef Luis

Chef Luis did an amazing job helping me bring my family together for the love of cooking. We did the Cuisines of the World, and my Dad, brother and I joined Chef Luis in learning some of our favorite dishes. Having Chef Luis in your home is like family being there. He makes you feel comfortable and does a great job of managing us all through the recipes. And the food….it was outstanding if I do say so myself!
