Private Chef - Italian Seafood Supper

Get ready to dive into an Italian seafood supper prepared by culinary extraordinary, Chef Luis.

During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare for you a gourmet four-course dinner featuring fresh seafood and Italian-inspired flavors and recipes. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include steamed mussels swimming in a saffron and lemon-wine sauce, oysters Rockefeller with bacon, hollandaise sauce and spinach, gnocchi primavera, and a homemade tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Luis was accommodating, prompt, and professional. Despite our lack of office kitchen essentials, he had us covered. He guided us on how to correctly hold and handle extremely sharp knives, sharing valuable cooking tips and tricks along the way. The food we prepared was both simple and delicious. As a bonus, he took videos and pictures during the event and sent them to us later. The team-building exercise was the perfect conclusion to our two-day Product Leadership marathon. Sure beats the standard axe-throwing or Escape Room schtick! Thanks, Chef Luis!
