In this private chef experience, Chef Stacy will prepare an unforgettable four-course Asian fusion menu. Using a wide array of plant-based ingredients she will showcase global fusion dishes with an Asian twist.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include hand-rolled Thai vegetable spring rolls with a sweet chili peanut dipping sauce, a creamy coconut Panang curry with Jasmine rice and traditional fried banana egg rolls, served with a scoop of dairy-free coconut ice cream for dessert. She has been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele and strives for superior, friendly customer service, always with fresh ingredients and delicious food. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.

Ultimate black bean burgers and onion rings! Chef Stacy was patient and very clear in her instructions. Great class to try vegan cooking. Chef Stacy was extremely knowledgeable and shared great information on transitioning to plant based cooking. Recipes were yummy.

We did the Asian fusion favourites and learned how to make egg rolls, ramen and sweet and sour sauce! We really enjoyed learning how to make the egg rolls! Chef Stacy gave easy to follow instructions and was very engaging. We already told our friends and family about how much fun we had!
