Chef Lisa has had a long standing appreciation for food, cooking, and nutrition. This passion led her to study Human Foods and Nutrition in college. She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.

For Chef Jordan, cooking is truly an art form. He learned how to combine various flavors and aromas in a captivating way from several professional experiences, including at Eleven Madison Park, a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York, and experiencing the Spanish culture that helped him develop his own style of food. Chef Jordan, who has worked as a chef for many years, plans to spend the rest of his life learning new techniques and cooking styles.

Chef Shan is a native of India and has been teaching Indian cooking in a variety of settings for more than 20 years. She has also authored a cookbook and has been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on PBS. With over 20 years of kitchen experience, Chef Karen has done it all, from earning culinary degrees in pastry and restaurant management to working with Michelin-star chefs. She began cooking Southern soul food at age seven and now owns and operates her own catering company. She's even prepared gourmet dishes for A-listers and celebrity clients! It's all part of Chef Karen's mission of, "Building a greater community one smile at a time."

Chef Randy's culinary talent has kept gourmet diners in Indianapolis delighted for over 10 years. She combines her Amish heritage with a background in fine dining to bring an elegant touch to Midwestern comfort food, her signature cuisine. With a love of simple dishes crafted with careful attention to detail, Chef Randy happily shares her passion for thoughtful food creation with aspiring cooks who are eager to learn.

Chef Kelly is a culinary instructor and chef well-versed in many cuisines. Her most notable professional achievements include being part of the test kitchen team at one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country as well as becoming the managing lead chef instructor at the most successful recreational cooking school in New York City. Chef Kelly also has experience working the garde manger station at a Michelin star restaurant in NYC and is currently a freelance chef in Denver, Colorado.

Chef Vivian and Chef Michi are a husband and wife dynamic culinary duo, each bringing more than 30 years of professional culinary experience to the table. Chef Vivian is a highly respected and lauded private chef, caterer and cooking class instructor. Chef Michi is a master of all things authentic Japanese sushi.
