This virtual class was the perfect birthday gift to do with my dad who lives in a different city. Paella was something I never thought I could make on my own but Chef Logan was really fun, informative, and patient and adapted well to me not having all of the ingredients. I finally feel like I can use a knife correctly and the food and drink turned out amazing! I’m already planning to attempt cooking it again on my own.
