Elevate a convenient, nutritious dish with Casa Verde Red Bean Pozole.

During this live and complimentary online cooking class with Chef Vivian and Chef Michi, you will learn to turn Casa Verde Red Bean Pozole into a convenient, mouthwatering meal. This savory pozole, a traditional Mexican soup, is full of sweet corn, hearty red beans and protein-packed grilled tofu simmered in an authentic guajillo chile sauce. Chefs Vivian and Michi will teach you how to complement this flavorful stew by making quick-pickled radishes and a bright, zesty cilantro-lime crema.

This experience is brought to you in collaboration with Casa Verde: We've teamed up with Casa Verde to bring you recipes and ideas to complement their ready-to-eat meals. Casa Verde honors traditional Latin cuisine with natural ingredients, vibrant colors and authentic flavors passed down from generations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The Lomo Saltado cooking class with Chef Vivian and Chef Michi was absolutely great. They were so patient and clear in their instructions and made sure to check on us all throughout the lesson. They told short stories in between and allowed us time to mingle and chat throughout the class. This ended up being a great way for our organization to enjoy some virtual team bonding and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Thank you Michi and Vivian!

I enjoyed the class and learned several new techniques. The chefs were pleasant and answered all my questions. If you're not aware, many of the classes through cozymeal are at the chefs home. When I first realized that I thought it would be awkward. However, it was ok and had no problems. I will definitely take additional classes.

Chef Vivian and Michi were wonderful! They invited us into their home to teach my friend and I a full 5 course meal that was absolutely delicious. All the steps were easy to follow and things I could take home and continue to do myself. They even took a mushroom “hater” and turned me into a mushroom lover!! They were chatty and answered any questions we had, and were truly engaging. We had the best time!! And came home with leftovers!!
