Join Chef Mel in this online baking class where she'll teach you how to transform each sweet element of classic s'mores into a cookie pizza that will delight anyone, anytime. Chef Mel's kit for this class includes almost everything you need to create a chocolate chip cookie dough base that you'll top with homemade chocolate ganache and roasted marshmallows. Then, gather around and dig in with graham crackers!

S'mores Cookie Pizza Kit
This kit includes pre-measured dry ingredients for the cookie dough, chocolate ganache, a full bag of marshmallows and graham crackers. It also includes three reusable mason jar bags, an 8 inch gold cake board, a 10 inch Bake It With Mel rubber spatula, four sheets of parchment paper, a full recipe sheet + QR code to video tutorial and a Bake It With Mel backpack.

About This Experience

- Class Size Public class sizes are between 10 to 20 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions. Private classes can accommodate up to 498 guests.

Ingredients
The kit includes all pre-measured dry ingredients, cookie dough mix, chocolate chips, ganache mix, bag of campfire marshmallows and graham crackers.
You will need to provide:
2 sticks of butter (for the cookie dough)
2 room temperature eggs
60ml heavy cream or milk (for the ganache)
Kitchen Equipment
The kit includes four reusable mason jar bags, an 8 inch cake board, four sheets of parchment paper, an 8 inch rubber spatula, baking instructions and a recipe sheet.
You will need to provide:
Baking sheet pan or a 9 inch round baking mold
Microwave or stove top
