During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Stacy, you will learn how to craft a selection of recipes that will make the perfect holiday party spread for entertaining. Some of the recipes you can look forward to learning include a festive poinsettia cocktail, baked brie in puff pastry with cranberry sauce, crostini with white bean purèe, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, and warm spiced olives.

Prep Work Details

Gather all needed ingredients, recipes and equipment prior to class. Preheat oven. Rinse and drain all produce and herbs and chop/cut up ingredients as instructed in the recipe directions.

Once again, Chef Stacy delivered a fantastic time - we all really enjoyed ourselves. The menu was fantastic.
