Online Cooking Class - Pancakes Two Ways Pajama Brunch

Learn how to prepare a festive pancake brunch to start your day off right.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Stacy, you'll learn how to prepare a gourmet pancake brunch completely from scratch while wearing your favorite PJs. Chef Stacy will begin by teaching you how to concoct an effervescent apple cider mimosa requiring only two ingredients. For the main event, you'll prepare light and fluffy pancakes cinnamon pear pancakes followed by savory potato latkes with fresh dill and sour cream.

Prep Work Details

Print all recipes. Thaw shredded potatoes prior to class. Gather all needed equipment, serving ware and ingredients. Rinse and pat-dry all produce and herbs. Chop/slice/cut all produce and prep ingredients according to recipe directions prior to class.
