Online Cooking Class - Mexican-Style Brunch

Learn how to cook a simple Mexican-style brunch for mornings that require extra nourishment.

In this interactive online cooking class, Chef Stacy will teach you how to prepare simple yet hearty brunch recipes with Mexican flair. First on the menu: A "hair of the dog" classic Bloody Maria with tequila prepared as spicy as you like. Once you have a drink in hand, you'll whip up a fresh Mex fruit salad and restaurant-worthy and supremely satisfying Mexican breakfast tacos loaded with black beans and a slurry of your favorite toppings, followed by a side of Mexican rice.

Chef Stacy was wonderful! It was our first Cozymeal experience and a great one. Even before the event I emailed her and she was super responsive answering! Great communication. In our event, there were 3 couples, a perfect group. Chef Stacy carefully explained all the steps with lots of extra cooking tips. Was super fun, healthful, and would definitely do it again soon with her and more Cozymeal events. It is a great way to have fun....
