Online Cooking Class - Empanadas Two Ways

Get ready to learn how to make your new favorite snack in this interactive experience.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Marc, you will learn how to make authentic empanadas from scratch right in your own kitchen. Chef Marc will begin by teaching you how to prepare an authentic empanada dough using ingredients you likely already have on hand. Then, you will learn how to make a traditional flavor-packed Argentinian beef filling as well as an Italian-inspired filling with spinach and ricotta.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a great way to start my online cooking class journey. This was my very first time taking a cooking class ever and my first online class and it was great! Chef Marc taught such an engaging, helpful, and informative lesson! I learned a lot of general techniques and tackled making and rolling out dough, which always intimidates me. My empanadas did not look nearly as beautiful as Chef Marc’s, but they are DELICIOUS. My boyfriend ate 10 of them in a row.
