During this live and interactive online cooking and cocktail-making class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you will learn how to prepare two Asian-inspired small plates that pair perfectly with a Mai Tai cocktail. After learning how to concoct a proper Mai Tai, Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you how to make an incredibly easy and flavor-packed edamame appetizer with soy sauce and garlic as well as vegetable gyoza dumplings from scratch.

Prep Work Details

Buy 3x3" round dumpling skins or turn flour wrappers into circles using a food ring or round sharp glass Mince garlic and ginger Using a food processor, grind the vegetable filling for the dumplings Have all of your ingredients and equipment ready! Please contact us with any additional questions.

Food was great! The pace of the meeting was very challenging to manage. The prep work was meant to be done in advance but we had said lots of us didn't do the prep work. Would have like to see a way to slow us all down to get on the same schedule.
