During this live and interactive online cooking and cocktail-making class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you will learn how to prepare two Asian-inspired small plates that pair perfectly with a mai tai cocktail. After learning how to concoct a proper mai tai, Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you how to make an incredibly easy and flavor-packed edamame appetizer with soy sauce and garlic as well as vegetable gyoza dumplings from scratch.

We truly enjoyed our virtual cooking and mixology experience with Chefs Vivian & Michi! They were so helpful and flexible in the planning ahead of our event. On the day of our event, they were early and welcomed everyone joining the virtual event by name! They were friendly, professional, and had a great presence in this virtual setting. They checked in with our staff as we went along to make sure everyone was making the food/beverage together and addressed any questions along the way. They had great personality and helped build community among us through this event! We made delicious Mai Tais and also a mocktail version. We learned how to make stir fried Asian vegetables and learned how to make gyoza dumplings along with a yummy sauce! Much appreciation to Chefs Vivian & Michi! We would definitely recommend this virtual experience and hope to work together with them again in the future!
