Online Cooking Class - Basics of Flourless Baking

Join Italian-trained Chef Chris and get ready to master the art of flourless, gluten-free baking.

During this live interactive online cooking class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare two flourless and gluten-free desserts from scratch in your own kitchen. Chef Chris will begin by teaching you how to make gooey and decadent dark chocolate espresso brownies using almond meal instead of flour. Then, you will learn how to make a crumbly gluten-free cornmeal cake with fresh strawberries tucked into the top of the cake batter.

Chef Chris paces his class very well, is patient (doesn’t mind repeating or slowing down) and gives good tips as well. Even though we aren’t gluten free, it’s great to have some go-to gluten free desserts when we need to accommodate others’ dietary restrictions/preferences. We’ve already signed up for another class with Chef Chris! Thanks!!
