Start your day with breakfast quinoa studded with Italian sausage or a power breakfast bowl. For lunch or dinner, you can choose roasted bell peppers stuffed with ground bison, Chef Carolina's roasted salmon bowl, chicken meatballs with zucchini noodles, and more! Whether you're craving something familiar or something completely new, Chef Carolina will prepare it fresh for you!
Chef Carolina works only with trustworthy, reputable food vendors and suppliers to ensure that state and FDA guidance are followed, monitored and traceable. Her ingredients are gluten free, organic and locally sourced as much as possible, according to season and based on her menu. In some cases, she may make small ingredient substitutions. She supports local farmers and maintains good relationships with them, by not only purchasing ingredients from them, but also promoting their business when they offer services in local farmers' markets. The precautions she is taking during the COVID-19 pandemic include the following: Her Head Chef and Sous Chef have been in total isolation from vendors, markets, and public gatherings to reduce the risk of contamination, their temperatures are checked twice a day, and they are tested for COVID-19 weekly. Her kitchen has no public access and is cleaned after every round of meal prep or any other food order, food contact areas are constantly sanitized, and food prep is conducted with strict use of non-reusable gloves, masks, and hair nets.
